Training is crucial component to success with CRM.
We believe that training goes beyond the simple "How do I do this?" type of knowledge. Employees should be aware of company goals and be trained in the procedures to meet these goals. The CRM system should mirror theses procedures so that system training reinforces established procedures.
Engaging employees early in the planning procedure captures their interest so they remain enthusiasts for the process and are keen to interact with it following right through training to subsequent fine tuning of procedures as they become more familiar with.
