Latest feature updates:
- New! Email Support: Users can now send Time & Billing tickets as emails using custom templates - templates merge Time & Billing fields plus any contact field (including custom fields).
- New! Direct Calendar Integration: When creating an activity in the calendar view users will get a prompt to create a Time & Billing ticket
- New! Recording to History: Users can now choose to include either the task result, or the task description and task result in the ACT! History tab
- New! Internal notes: Users can now add notes to Time & Billing tickets for internal reference
