During her ten years in the IT industry, specialising largely in database management, design and systems administration, Angie has developed a strong technical and customer service focus. She is qualified both as an ACT! Certified Consultant and a Wired Contact Certified Consultant. Angie is also a specialist in ACT! Web Solutions.

Carmina Jacobson Help Desk Administrator
With over 11 years experience in the IT industry, predominantly in IT LAN administration, desktop application training and office systems management, Carmina brings her diverse IT experience and passion for customer service to Xact in the Help Desk Administrator role.

Firas Hermez CRM Consultant
With an extensive background in IT working predominantly in business systems development for small business to large corporate clients, Firas also has a Bachelor of Information Systems and most recently, since joining Xact, has become an ACT! Certified Consultant.
Previous roles have been heavily technically focused however Firas' interest in extending his portfolio to incorporate the more commercial aspects of IT and his desire to be more directly client facing led him to join the Xact team in a Consultant role.
